2012 Planet Alignment Coming? - Annihilation or rebirth? Which is it?
As the year 2012 approaches, the media will surely blow the trumpets of fear. I recollect the trumpets blaring with the coming of the year 2000, the turn of the century into a new millennium. Do you remember the Y2K frenzy?
The potential for a full breakdown of civilization hung on our ability to reprogram all the computers of the world to accept four simple digits – 2000. Well, we did it. Is this new threat of the same kind? Can we fix it? Is 2012 any special?
As you can conjecture this is rather different. Special because it is of no human man-made substance or abstract data. It is the product of prediction and of interpretation. It is different because it threatens not only our routine, but also existence itself. That is, if all the catastrophe} and despair portrayed in the media is true. Actually, did you know the Mayan calendar did not prophesy the end of the world but rather a transition into a new world!
If it is the future of new awareness, then it may only threaten our lifestyle, our daily comings and goings, our relationships with our families and neighbors. It may endanger our political behavior and our international behavior. I say threaten because a new perception implies a new way of thinking, an ascension of sorts. It implies modification from the way we are now. Change is always a threat to the public.
If it is doomsday that we meet, then surely it threatens life itself. Those that see this future event as ruinous, see it as a global event. They see it as an event that will unnerve the world, one that will involve all of humanity. That is unquestionably change. Could it be an event of obliteration, one that wipes out humanity? Some find such a prophecy to be an insult to the Divine. Nevertheless, believers of various faiths and non-believers, as well, hold that sad belief in Armageddon.
The specific date that is the focal point of this foretelling is December 21, 2012, the winter solstice. That year will be a leap year . In the United States, it is a presidential election year. There will be a summer Olympics in London. In that year, American military presence in the Republic of Korea will end. On December 21, 2012 the planet Earth will be in planetary alignment with our Universe. Scientists believe something will occur, but what? Gravitational forces and maybe some other mysterious forces will be at play during this time. What effect it will have on us is unknown.
The Pleiadians channeled through Barbara Marciniak, many years ago, that we would be entering a "radiation belt" during this era. Nasa confirms that we have entered a radiation belt over the last few years. Unbelieveably, the Pleiadians also say that an Earth ascension occurs where our planet is transported in time and space to a new position in the Universe. One in which we have two suns. The Hopis also have the prophecy of a world with two suns, interesting?
Before we reject these prophecies of a new consciousness or total desolation, we should take note that there are prominent and respected scientists that are doing vital research and study of the Mayan prophecies. Some scientists note that it is in the year 2012 that the Sun will emit severe solar activity that could have disastrous consequences for the earth. Could it be that both a new consciousness and tragic consequence will be the legacy of 2012?
Shouldn't we discover what we can and prepare for the possibilities? Isn't it better to be safe than sorry?
